He has extensive experience in business & corporate law, including business development, transactions, intellectual property, data strategy and security, prosecution and litigation, real estate, and complex corporate governance. He graduated from the University of Miami and the University of Miami School of Law, where he was in the top of his class and graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into multiple honor societies.
